UK Property Research Headlines – End of Year 2021:

2021 saw over 1.45m sales agreed, an increase of 13% on 2020 and a massive 25% greater than 2019. - The Lack of Property Stock
In 2021 there were 6% fewer properties put up for sale, on average there is now only 2.5 months’ worth of stock available across the UK. - Hybrid/Online Agents
